After answering a few questions about your symptoms, you’ll receive guidance on what to do next. This may include:

• Caring for yourself at home
• Visiting a Primary Care Centre
• Being directed to your GP or pharmacist
• Getting an appointment at an urgent treatment centre
• Being advised to attend A&E if necessary
• Receiving information on self-care and medication
• Finding local NHS services
• Arranging an emergency prescription if you’ve run out of regular medication
