The Patient Participation Group at Coventry Road Medical Centre was set up to understand the views of patients in respect to services at the centre. The group considers many aspects from access to the services, to local health needs, to the impact and effect that NHS changes has on the practice.

It is a membership group that encourages involvement and attendance from a diverse group of patients and we meet on a quarterly basis.
